We collect: names and contact details via enquiry and referral forms; referral information about children and young people; website analytics data via cookies. We do not collect special category data beyond what is operationally necessary for placements.
To respond to enquiries, process referrals, fulfil our legal obligations as a registered children's home, safeguard young people and improve our website. We never sell data to third parties.

Enquiry data: 24 months. Referral and placement records: minimum 75 years or until the young person's 25th birthday, in line with children's social care statutory guidance.
